Andrew Bryan, Owner/Broker
Andrew Bryan is an entrepreneur, youth leader and one of Baker County’s leading economic advocates. A resident of Baker since 2003, he and his wife, Ann Heriza Bryan, have started and sold numerous businesses. Andrew’s business initiative translates into strong representation for his clients and concern for their interests in finding just the right buyer or seller for them. From 2008 to 2010, he was the interim county tourism director of Base Camp Baker and led efforts to increase Baker’s profile as a top destination for outdoor enthusiasts. He is owner of an educational consulting and services firm and a founder of the non-profit program, TrekEpic, which helps young adults find direction in life by taking them on international walking tours. Bryan is also currently the on the Baker School District board.
Chelsea Judy, Office manager, Assistant to Andrew Bryan
Chelsea McLagan is from Bend but has lived in Baker since 2007. She is the office coordinator and a licensed Realtor. She is a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher and an avid snow sports enthusiast, runner and archer. Her knowledge of outdoor recreation is valuable in helping newcomers understand all that Baker County has to offer. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University-Cascades.
Cindy O’Leary Hunter, Broker
As a native of Eastern Oregon and a graduate from Pine Eagle High School in Halfway, Cindy has an intimate knowledge of the Hells Canyon area from both a professional and personal perspective. Her diverse background allows her to help clients in more ways than just purchasing or selling their home. Having grown up and raised her three children here in Baker County, she has a well-rounded knowledge of what it takes to raise a family and build a successful business in Northeast Oregon. Her background includes five years as a back office nurse, thirteen years as owner/operator of a communications construction company and six years as a Professional Real Estate Broker. Cindy and her family love the abundant recreation offered in Baker, from mushroom hunting in the spring to deer hunting in the fall, as well as fishing, boating, 4-wheeling, gardening and just enjoying the scenery. Cindy loves being a Real Estate Broker as it has allowed her to help buyers get into their first home, help investors find those great deals and help retired people find the perfect retirement home in our retirement-friendly community.
Ann Mehaffy, Broker
Ann returned to Eastern Oregon in 1999 to enjoy the area’s natural beauty, recreational opportunities and rewarding lifestyle in the unspoiled and friendly community of Baker City. Ann has served in many professional and volunteer roles that have involved advancing Baker County’s economy and quality of life. She has worked in financial management, non-profit management, art administration, economic development and as Baker City’s Historic District Main Street Manager. She currently serves on the board of Crossroads Carnegie Art Center and Baker City Farmers Market and is a member of Baker City’s Historic District Design Review Commission. Ann is also an avid gardener and an artist.
